La conferencia TRANSLOG Connect Congress regresará a Budapest del 28 al 29 de noviembre, con su segunda edición, con su oferta de logística transversal que se prevé que atraiga a unos 600 visitantes internacionales.

Según la organización, se trata de un evento de “asistencia obligatoria”, caracterizado por una versatilidad única, dado que los delegados pueden acudir a numerosas presentaciones relacionados con los problemas más difíciles a los que se enfrenta la industria.

El congreso, que tendrá lugar en el Corintia Grand Hotel Royal, está preparando su programa de conferencias para su próxima edición con el apoyo de su comité asesor, que integran el director de Distribución Global de Televisores de Philips, Rogier van Zon, el vicepresidente de Planificación y Logística de Henkel, Johann Seif, el gerente logístico para Europa de Chevrolet, László Lovassy, el director de Cadena de Suministro de Auchan, Péter Boncsér, el jefe de Logística de Teva, Péter Lakatos así como varios miembros de la Asociación Logística Húngara (HLA).

Los miembros del comité aportan sus perspectivas con respecto a la gestión de la cadena de suministro, la logística, la producción, la tecnología de la información, el transporte y el almacenaje de mercancías.

Asimismo, los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de organizar encuentros individuales con otros delegados, con anterioridad al congreso, con el fin de “compartir conocimientos, debatir prioridades” y poder cerrar nuevos acuerdos, según la organización.

Varias semanas antes de que arranque la conferencia, se pondrá a disponibilidad de los asistentes la herramienta TEG Meeting Scheduler, que permite crear itinerarios personalizadas, adaptados a las necesidades de cada delegado.

Asimismo, el congreso incluirá una visita a uno de los principales centros logísticos y de distribución de la región, en este caso, la planta de Coca-Cola en Dunaharaszti.
